dreamjilli is strictly for players aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law. Registration by minors is prohibited and any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active dreamjilli account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. dreamjilli reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated bonuses or winnings without prior notice.
All bonuses and promotions offered by dreamjilli are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through multi-accounting or collusion — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
dreamjilli is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal delays.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dreamjilli login credentials. dreamjilli will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and dreamjilli ("dreamjilli," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at dreamjilli.org (the "Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, games, features, promotions, and content made available through the dreamjilli Platform.

Important: This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.
dreamjilli operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. The Platform is intended solely for use by residents of the Philippines and other jurisdictions where online gaming is lawfully permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the dreamjilli Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Age Verification: dreamjilli employs age verification procedures at registration and during KYC review . Any Account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
To access the full range of dreamjilli services, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in the Philippines.
You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. dreamjilli reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during registration or at any subsequent time.
dreamjilli reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
dreamjilli supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from your payment provider. dreamjilli does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which dreamjilli accepts no responsibility. All deposited funds must be your own — depositing funds on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours. dreamjilli charges zero fees on all approved withdrawals.
dreamjilli reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse. In such cases, dreamjilli will notify the Player and endeavor to resolve the matter promptly.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the dreamjilli Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
dreamjilli is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. dreamjilli reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze or close Accounts involved in suspected money laundering activity.
dreamjilli offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.
dreamjilli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of any material changes that affect their active bonus.
All Games available on the dreamjilli Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each Game are available in the Game information panel within the Platform.
By participating in any Game on the dreamjilli Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
dreamjilli reserves the right to void any wager or Game result that is the product of a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault, regardless of whether the error was apparent at the time of play.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dreamjilli Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
All content on the dreamjilli Platform — including but not limited to the dreamjilli brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of dreamjilli or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:
Any unauthorized use of dreamjilli's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by dreamjilli.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dreamjilli shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
dreamjilli's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dreamjilli makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
dreamjilli collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
dreamjilli will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services. All data processing is conducted in compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your dreamjilli Account by contacting our support team, provided that there are no pending withdrawal requests, active bonuses subject to wagering requirements, or ongoing investigations related to your Account.
dreamjilli reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, and to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds and associated winnings) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any outstanding investigations.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the live chat process, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our support email address. All formal complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 14 business days where possible.

In the event of a dispute regarding a Game outcome, dreamjilli's server logs and RNG records shall constitute the definitive record of the Game round in question. dreamjilli's decision on Game outcome disputes, made after review of the relevant records, is final and binding, subject only to escalation through the formal complaints process described above.
